- After the 3-day period, no refunds will be issued on monthly plans under any circumstances.
- Refund requests made after 3 days will unfortunately not be processed due to the operational and administrative costs involved in hosting setup.
For Annual Hosting Plans:
- We stand behind our services with a 30-Day Full Money Back Guarantee for annual (one-year) hosting plans.
- If you cancel your annual plan within the first 30 days of service, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
- After 30 days, no refund claims will be accepted on annual hosting packages.
Note: Domain Registrations, SSL Certificates, and Add-on Services are non-refundable once processed.
Important: No Money Back Guarantee is offered on domain registrations or domain-related services.
Additionally, any bank transaction fees and overhead administrative costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will only be processed if the request is made through your registered email via our support system.
